The Boeing CompanyPhantom Works is seeking a Senior Engineering Tech Specialist, to join the Phantom Works Systems Engineering and Integration Team in Berkeley, MO in support of an exciting proprietary program that is critical to Boeing and our DoD Customers. The selected candidate will work with SMEs across the program to develop a complex and highly integrated weapons system while embracing the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategy.
The candidate will work with and assist senior Systems Engineers and Product Lifecycle Management Engineers to accomplish routine Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, and Data Management tasks. They will be responsible for effectively managing large amounts of data spanning supplier deliverable data, customer deliverable data, and technical engineering data. Top candidates for this role will have great organizational skills with an attention to detail and emphasis on process documentation and execution and high-quality results.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with Requirements management tasks and maintenance of the MBSE database
- Updates and maintains the Product Lifecycle Management and Systems Engineering artifacts that capture the requirements allocation and traceability
- Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes, and standards
- Assists with training in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs
- Maintains templates for specifications, reports, PowerPoint, etc.
- Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets
- Assists in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance
- Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs
- Assists in supplier data management processes to support requirements verification and compliance assessments
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 13+ years’ experience working with and/or coordinating across engineering disciplines to identify best practices and implement on multiple programs
- Experience with data analysis
- Strong oral and written communications skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $119, 850 - $162,150
