The Senior Finance Business Partners play a vital role in LEGO Education succeeding with the strategy by providing integrated and databased financial sparring and optimizing the financial agenda in the business units.
The team is part of the Finance, Business Development and Insights team and will become part of the leadership team for this business area, responsible for driving the business development and insights agenda besides the fiscal responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
To act as sparring partner for the business unit(s) leadership team(s) which you will be supporting. This includes:
- Act as an active sparring partner for the business area leadership team bridging finance and “the business” and proactively bringing up insights and challenges
- Provide coordinated and databased perspectives and recommendations
- Execution of the financial planning processes
- To provide input to trade-off discussions to optimize business decisions and financial allocation

- +7 years of finance business partnering experience
- Demonstrated a solid financial toolbox
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communicator
- Solid analytical approach
- Excellent partner management
- Advanced Excel, PPT, PowerBI/ Tableau, SAP

This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The salary for this position has a range of $120k - $180k a year based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
