Job Description:

As a member of the CSIG Accounting & Finance Team, the General Ledger Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting for our CorsoCare healthcare entities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continual improvement.

Main accountabilities:

• Actively support our culture ľ our pillars and 1440.
• Prepare monthly GL account analysis and follow up on any necessary adjustments.
• Review and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
• Perform month-end closing procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end audit workpapers.
• Investigate and resolve open items related to monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support special accounting projects and process improvements to enhance operational and financial efficiency.

Key Metrics for Success:

• Financial reporting is delivered to stakeholders accurately and timely in accordance with the monthly accounting calendar.
• Proactive contributions to improving accounting workflows and process improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of consolidated accounting practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, vlookups).
