Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks Associate Manager, Data Science in Menlo Park, CA. **Telecommuting allowed for this position.**

Job description as advertised: Assist Sr. Manager/Director in leading and mentoring the data science and machinelearning team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Oversee data science and machine learning projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards. Work with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and support the integration of data-driven and machine learning solutions into products and services. Design and build AI/ML platform to automate predictive and prescriptive models training and validation and run data science use cases at scale. Work closely with Software and Data Engineer to deploy data science prototypes in production. Ensure the availability, quality, and security of data used in data science and machine learning projects. Establish metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of data science and machine learning models, and implement improvements as needed. Monitor and validate the algorithms and ensure that they generate accurate results. Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality. Document machine learning processes, prepare and present reports on data science and machine learning projects and their outcomes to stakeholders. Keep abreast of developments in machine learning and AI fields, suggest improvements to existing processes and tools based on the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning. Ensure AI/ ML solutions meet Genesys AI ethics, modeling guidelines and standards. Understand and comply with PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR. Adhere to Genesys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field of study. Employer will accept knowledge gained through any education, work/internship, training, or coursework.:

Building highly scalable and automated predictive model and ML pipelines.
Map, Reduce, Hadoop, and Spark.
AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs).
Data structures, data modeling, and software and data architecture.
Java, Python, or C+++.
Designing and building highly scalable data and AI ML solutions in production environment.

Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Salary range: $142,000 to $162,000 annually.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$145,500.00 - $270,100.00
