  • Rapidly respond to unexpected downtimes, implementing detection systems and ensuring timely customer notifications
  • Manage incident response, conduct post-mortems, and develop solutions to prevent recurrences
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
  • Engage in continuous performance monitoring and fine-tuning of the infrastructure, utilizing service tracing to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining chatbots within operational environments to automate tasks and provide instant query responses.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in AWS, with a strong focus on EKS and ECS migrations.
  • Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale migrations and cloud architecture enhancements
  • Ability to automate routine tasks and orchestrate complex workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Expertise in developing playbooks for maintenance, deployments, and error resolution
  • Advanced programming skills (Python, Go, Bash) and a strong background in automation
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions during maintenance periods

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization, scaling, and ensuring high availability
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)

What we offer:

  • Competitive Compensation
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible working hours
  • Onsite work in our brand-new comfortable office (if appropriate)
  • Employer-sponsored health coverage
