The CEE IT Infrastructure regional team consists of high skilled Service Desk technicians, IT operations engineers, project and implementation manager. Our goal is to provide to our customers the possible highest quality on IT infrastructure services, following the company standards and ITIL recommendations.

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

The Junior IT Infrastructure Implementation Manager is a member of the Eurofins regional IT Infrastructure team and actively participating on IT projects with close cooperation the regional project managers and technical team. Is responsible to support Implementation Manager to analyze the current IT infrastructure and based on the company standards design, implement and document the IT infrastructure for the Eurofins Legal Entities.

POSITION & OBJECTIVES:

Job description:

·         Support Implementation Manager in design secure, robust, scalable IT infrastructure solutions to support delivery of IT services provided by central and decentral operations

·         Support preparation of the technical design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions

·         Learn to identify the technical risks so that any commercial loss can be minimized

·         Responsible for the quality of technical deliverables

·         Produce/update all assignment documentation

·         Prepare the hand over to relevant support organization

·         Keep up to date with current and future technologies, products, and strategies

·         Maintain relationships with peers, company's business units and IT operation service centers

·         Also worth noting is the occasionally physical nature of the role as they may have to lift heavy equipment

·         To work flexibly – recognizing that many duties require to be undertaken out of normal working hours to minimize disruption to end-users

·         Working as a member of the regional team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned IT Region, work together with other IT-Teams and travel if necessary

·         Cooperate closely with the rest of IT Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture and Security teams;

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Profile description:

·         Proven IT Technical skills:

o    LAN/WAN design

o    MS Windows core services

o    Server and network hardware

·         System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus

·         Understanding of enterprise design & architecture principles across IT infrastructure platforms, security and data integration;

·         Experience on MS Azure is an advantage;

·         Certification in ITIL V3 highly appreciated, but not mandatory;

·         Good organizational skills as well as the ability to listen, gather and understand information;

·         Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

·         Analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions;

·         Willingness to travel internationally and frequently (up to 40%);

·         Ability to multitask and operate with minimal supervision, but having excellent supervisor’s support when necessary;

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude;

·         Ability to follow instructions, and comply with company policies;
