About the Role We are seeking high-potential junior software developers who want to specialize in Artificial Intelligence and modern AI-native application development. Selected candidates will participate in an intensive technical training program covering data engineering, machine learning fundamentals, deep learning basics, LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and production deployment using FastAPI and Docker. This initiative is designed not only to develop strong technical capabilities, but to prepare engineers to successfully operate in the United States market, both technically and culturally. Long-Term Opportunity Graduates of this program will be positioned to work on real-world AI initiatives for leading U.S.-based companies, gaining exposure to global standards, enterprise-level expectations, and world-class engineering environments. Our objective is to develop engineers capable of contributing to high-impact projects for leading companies across the United States. Growth Opportunity Participants in the program will gain hands-on experience in: • Machine Learning pipelines • Deep Learning fundamentals • LLM integrations and prompt engineering • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • AI agent architectures • Backend deployment with FastAPI and DockerRequirements
Experience Level • 0–2 years of professional software development experience • Strong recent graduates with solid technical foundations are welcome Required Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Python OR Node.js (backend-focused) • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms • Experience building or consuming REST APIs • Understanding of object-oriented or modular programming principles • Experience using Git for version control • Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • English proficiency (B2+ preferred) Also Considered (Valuable Background) • Experience with Java or C# and ability to transition to Python • Exposure to data manipulation (e.g., pandas or similar concepts) • Basic understanding of statistics • Familiarity with Docker • Personal or academic projects related to AI or data-driven systems What We Value • Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies • Ability to learn quickly and independently • Ownership, discipline, and accountability • Comfort reading documentation and experimenting with new toolsApply for this role
