Capital Markets Associate, Structured Finance

This role sits at the intersection of structured finance, capital markets execution, and renewable energy investment strategy, supporting the financing of large-scale clean energy and solar initiatives. The Capital Markets Associate will play a key role in developing financial models, executing tax equity and debt transactions, and supporting capital raising activities across structured finance products. You will work closely with internal finance, treasury, accounting, and data teams, as well as external banking and investment partners, to ensure efficient funding execution. The position requires strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of financial structures that enable renewable energy adoption at scale. It is a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment where precision, stakeholder management, and financial insight directly impact growth and project deployment.
