Senior Reward Consultant

The team: Global Rewards

You will become a valuable member of our Global Rewards team. It is our mission to design and drive the people practices on compensation, benefits, Mobility, Position infrastructure and performance management (concepts, policies, processes, tools) in Grundfos that enable the best performance of the company. We are a team of 14 people located in more than 5 different countries across 3 continents.

 

The team is gifted with seasoned Reward and Mobility professionals and you get to join a well established team with many team members to learn from. You will report to the Head of Global Rewards, who is located at our Danish HQ.

 

What is the job about?

As a Senior Rewards Consultant, you will drive some of the Global Rewards processes (eg. merit increase, incentive payout, job catalogue and/or others) in close collaboration with the respective process owners and the other Senior Reward Consultant in the team. You will perform relevant analysis on various Reward topics (Eg. Compensation or benebits related) to support the data driven approach in the department. You will utilize different quantitative methods to create insights on Reward issues.

 

Your Background:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or (preferred) Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
• You have at least 2-5+ years of experience as a business analyst, Reward consultant, management consultant or similar
• You have a curious mindset balanced with a structured and detail focused way of working
• You have great analytical skills – ability to both crunch the numbers and derive a clear meaning out of them
• You thrive utilising your interpersonal skills and ability to lead processes and projects
• You are strong in stakeholder management
• It will be a plus if you have an understanding of Reward processes and deliveries
