The Office of the GM supports the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Health & Life Sciences. You will be part of a team dedicated to the scheduling, operations and management of health business and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive critical executive programs, initiatives, and organizational strategies to transform, scale and align the organization with a cohesive plan (collaborate to design, implement, manage the matrix, collaboration across Oracle); providing support to prioritize and partner with the Operations team to provide the appropriate cadence and metrics.
- Apply activation energy to brand-new programs. Quickly figure out what needs to be done, put frameworks in place, and kick-off programs to set up teams for success.
- Ownership of the coordination of needs for organizational deliverables for the EVP, Oracle Health and Life Sciences; preparing final content, coordinating public communications, drafting communication and alignment with key internal and external partners.
- Manage communications and coordination for EVP executive sponsorships, events, customer engagements, PR, thought leadership.
- With the Office of the GM, serve as a central point of contact for the organization, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Assist in the management of leadership team meetings, including agenda development, preparation and coordination for regular leadership and organizational meetings
- Partner with the executive assistants/admins to ensure that the executive’s time is used most effectively in meetings, including querying, pushing back or assisting with executive team/other cross-functional team members in preparation for meetings with the executive
- Provide a unified approach to helping the organization deliver against the organization’s vision and strategy using standard tool, templates and processes
- Develop highly polished internal executive briefings that convey leadership strategy, plans and progress
- Anticipate business needs, and be responsive to the needs of the EVP
- Use discernment to manage escalations and flow of communication to the executive
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership
- Location preference would be east coast
- Strong operations and program governance capabilities
- Experience coordinating, managing, and delivering cross-organizational programs and initiatives
- Ability to document processes and synthesize complex data and ideas into executive level readouts
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
