You will kick off your career at VISASQ/COLEMAN with a comprehensive 12-week training program, designed to prepare you to independently work as an Associate as a member of our Client Management team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities Post-Training Academy Completion:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Expert Recruitment:</strong>&nbsp;Recruit new experts for our network while vetting our internal database to identify the best candidates for specific project needs.</li> <li><strong>Industry Research and Expert Vetting:</strong>&nbsp;Use your knowledge of client strategies across various industry sectors to identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for specific projects.</li> <li><strong>Coordinating Client Communications:</strong>&nbsp;Prioritize projects effectively while managing communications with newly recruited experts and organizing meetings between experts and clients.</li> <li><strong>Compliance and Integrity:</strong>&nbsp;Master compliance standards across various industry sectors and uphold these standards to ensure the integrity of all client engagements.</li>
