Product Lead (IDP) 

 Affinidi started with a simple vision – to give individuals and organisations access and control over their data, anytime, anywhere through an open suite of products. Our goal is to deliver secure, validated and unbounded access to data which will enable convenience and personalisation - while providing trust.   

This mission is as true as it has ever been. Today, we are creating the very first implementation of what we call Holistic Identity — a 360-degree view of yourself online. Holistic Identity ensures that the data you collect, store, share and monetise aligns with your values and preferences. It empowers you to project your true self in the online world while maintaining control over your data and owning your personal story. We aim to fulfill our mission by helping you to reclaim your data and putting you back in control of your identity.   

To achieve our Holistic Identity vision, we are building the Affinidi Trust Network, which integrates data from multiple authoritative sources, ensures the integrity of data custody, and enables consumers to provide consent for data sharing while verifying the identities of all parties involved.   

Affinidi has developed a suite of developer capabilities to power this network, enabling developers to innovate and differentiate by tackling the heavy lifting. Our platform, built on OID4VP standards, streamlines secure identity management, authentication, data integration and portability complexities. At Affinidi, you will:   

• Lead the definition, delivery and launch of world-changing products that drive developer adoption at scale   
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and define the product vision   
• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for IDP solutions, aligning with organizational security objectives. 
• Take total ownership of products from inception to launch, defining, shaping, and working cross-functionally to execute on your product strategy, including roadmap, goals & KPIs, pricing, budget, go-to-market & launch planning   
• Develop and deliver on product roadmaps by deftly managing competing priorities internally and externally   
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships to achieve product goals, including technical, industry and standards organizations  
• Drive data-driven product enhancements, achieving product-market fit (PMF) by obsessing over customer feedback and insights  
• Evangelize our products, inspiring internal and external audiences alike with conviction, deep customer understanding and technical expertise    
• Communicate clearly and effectively cross-functionally and to executive management on product plans, status, and critical issues in narrative and verbal formats  
• Escalate and take ownership of product issues appropriately, working across functions to resolve them in a timely manner  
• Build high-performing teams, raising the bar on both product outcomes and team culture  
• Drive product execution, develop release plans, make technical trade-offs, manage risks, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues  
• Establish and track product goals and metrics, leveraging insights to optimize your product and drive growth 
    

You will be a great match if you:   

• Have proven experience to launch and scale products from ground up with a focus on Identity and Access Management 
• Prior experience working with an identity provider company would be preferred 
• Are able to lead cross-functionally, influencing across Engineering, Design, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Strategy   
• Have outstanding organization and project management skills
