Overview:Are you a dedicated physician passionate about advancing women’s health and reproductive freedom? Join us in North Miami Beach as a Staff Physician and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, compassionate care, while mentoring clinicians and supporting the clinical leadership team.
This position offers the unique opportunity to combine direct patient care with clinical training, compliance oversight, and strategic contribution to a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Physician:

  • Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including STI care, family planning, gynecological services, and abortion services (medication and surgical).
  • Act as the Chief Medical Officer’s designee for client clinical management and serve as liaison to other providers.
  • Conduct specialty services such as colposcopies, LEEP procedures, and ultrasounds.
  • Train and coach clinical staff; support compliance with PPFA and federal/state guidelines.
  • Serve as Lab Director, contribute to operational strategy, and promote patient-centered excellence.

Requirements of the Staff Physician:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution, board-certified, and licensed in Florida
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in Women’s Health or Family Practice
  • Ability to provide surgical and medication abortion services
  • Skilled in colposcopies; willingness to train in vasectomy care preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and willingness to travel locally if needed
