About Us:-

Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong diverse team to build the tools to service digital asset securities. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, etc.). Role:- 

Head of Product - Full Time W2

Location:-
New York, NYC

Salary:-
$300,000 - $400,000

Responsibilities:-

• Main liaison from the office of the CEO to the office of the CTO for all products.
• Works to translate broker-dealer business requirements to technology requirements, and works closely with the Director of Product Delivery and Product Managers in technology.
• Management of analysts & project managers across the business vertical to ensure product delivery goals are met and exceeded. 
• The responsibilities of our Head of Product will be to be accountable for the products Prometheum provides at all stages of the life cycle which includes development, launch, build, maintain and operate, aligned to Prometheum business strategy and delivered with the right technology, the right service model and the right economics.
• Work across Prometheum to define products and services that are aligned with, and delivered to the business's needs.
• Creating reports, graphs, visualizations for management to demonstrate product delivery, timelines etc. 
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, and liaising with stakeholders and partners. Advancing and improving processes to improve product lifecycle. 
• Ensure service management and end-to-end service level improvement of product delivery.
• Provide business leadership to products and serve as the technical point of contact for the new product/technology.
• Develop, Review and monitor the key performance indicators across product offering.
• Chair product virtual cross-discipline teams to bring appropriate focus to the cost, performance, supply, adoption and demand of product offerings.
   

Qualifications:-

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a leadership level product delivery role.
• Must Have - Strong understanding of technology and financial services industry trends.
• Must Have - Experience working in the financial services industry with excellent understanding of the requirements pursuant to a registered broker-dealer (Securities) including clearing, settlement & custody of such assets.
