Position Overview:
Wolfe, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are solution-oriented, and can provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele. Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred to better serve our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers regarding parking services, policies, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively
• Process payments, issue parking permits, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Communicate clearly and confidently when assisting customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Proficient in basic computer applications and payment processing systems
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Availability to work 3rd shift hours, including some weekends, and holidays as needed
