Requirements and Nature of Work:

Nature du travail : 

Aider les groupes d'étudiants qui travaillent sur leurs projets d'ingénierie logicielle. Étudier et tester les logiciels développés par les groupes. Assister et donner des conseils lors des réunions des groupes d'étudiants. Évaluer la conception, la facilité d'utilisation et la maintenabilité du travail de groupe. Évaluer la communication écrite et orale des étudiants en anglais et en français.

Exigences minimales :

Les candidats doivent avoir suivi des cours de troisième ou quatrième année ou des cours de troisième cycle sur la convivialité et la conception de logiciels. Les candidats doivent avoir au moins 8 mois d'expérience professionnelle en tant qu'ingénieur logiciel dans l'industrie (COOP ou emplois d'été) ; les candidats doivent être familiers avec git, le suivi des problèmes, les tests automatisés, les méthodes agiles et une grande variété de cadres pour les applications web et mobiles. Les candidats doivent avoir des compétences linguistiques supérieures à la moyenne. Une capacité d'écoute et de lecture dans les deux langues officielles est nécessaire.

Nature of Work:

Assist groups of students working on their capstone software engineering projects. Study and test software developed by groups. Attend and offer advice at meetings of student groups. Evaluate design, usability, and maintainability of group work. Assess written and oral communication of students in English and French.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have completed third-year, fourth-year or graduate courses in usability and software design. Candidates must have at least 8 months of work experience as a software engineer in industry (COOP or Summer jobs); Candidates must be familiar with git, issue tracking, automated testing, agile methods, and a wide variety of frameworks for web and mobile applications. Must have above average language skills. Listening and reading ability both official languages is needed.
