Customer Success Agent - Regional Operations Nordics & UK

Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.</span> <h3>What you’ll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the Nordics &amp; UK</li><li>Manage daily operations and planning </li><li>First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops</li><li>Analyze and optimize performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved </li><li>Handle and resolve customer requests</li><li>Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations</li></ul> <h3>What we’re looking for: </h3> <ul> <li>Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)</li><li>Previous experience in a customer facing role</li><li>Strong collaborator</li><li>Strong service and solution oriented mindset</li><li>Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions</li><li>Fluent in Swedish &amp; English</li><li>Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is of merit</li></ul><span>This position is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
