International Controller
To manage the relevant growth, BIP is looking for a Regional Controller to be included in our Finance team, in the International Planning and Control function. Reporting directly to International Planning and Control Director, the resource will be responsible for:
Financial Controlling
- Preparation of Budget and Forecasts in collaboration with Region Country Manager and Group stakeholders;
- Preparation of reporting information for monthly, quarterly and annual closures, in compliance with the Group's deadlines and principles;
- Communication of accounting balances, analysis and comments on deviations from annual Budget and forecasts;
- Analysis, management and optimization of financial flows in accordance with the Group's strategies;
- Participation in Group projects.
Commercial Controlling
- Management of engagements accounting, analysis of costs, KPIs and margins;
- Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc analyses;
- Support Region Country Manager for commercial offers, bidding processes, administrative matters (invoicing, treasury, customer management).
Tax & Accounting
- Acting as a reference point with the external local accounting and tax provider;
- Carry out analysis, monitoring and supervision activities on Tax & Compliance matters;
- Support in the management of internal and external stakeholders at an Italian and international level.
Mandatory Requirement
- Master's Degree in Business Administration and/or Finance
- Previous experience of at least 4/5 years in similar roles, in modern multinational business or audit firm contexts
- Knowledge of IFRS principles
- Excellent skills on the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Power Point
- Technology and IT systems oriented
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and German
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Problem solving, analytical skills, flexibility, aptitude for learning
- Proactivity and timely management of deadlines
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP it’s a plus
