Let’s dive into the details.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Maintain Operational Excellence:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage international shipments from purchase order issuance to final delivery.</p></li><li><p>Understand and process financial components of shipments to ensure correct customer billing.</p></li><li><p>Solve operational challenges by applying industry knowledge and critical thinking.</p></li><li><p>Execute and coordinate shipments while mentoring others on customer SOP requirements, including booking approvals, governmental filings, invoicing, and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Create, maintain, and update shipments in Navisphere, ensuring accurate data entry.</p></li><li><p>Provide complex pricing quotes and coach others on pricing strategies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and ensure high data integrity, including shipment details, Incoterms, routing, and documentation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Facilitate Relationships:</b></p><ul><li><p>Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely responses and effective issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Act as a key customer contact and subject matter expert in international shipping.</p></li><li><p>Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, agents, and vendors.</p></li><li><p>Lead by example in customer outreach, retention, and expansion efforts.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and consultative opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer shipment trends and their impact on processes and operations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and adhere to customer SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Identify and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and net revenue.</p></li><li><p>Support Sales Executives and Account Managers with customer reporting.</p></li><li><p>Take on additional duties as needed based on team or country-specific requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of experience in Global Forwarding.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and verbal).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and processes.</p></li><li><p>Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail, with a track record of 95%+ audit compliance.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a diverse and inclusive team environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Does this sound like you?
