Graphic/Production Design Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical graphic/production designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, versioning, revising, and executing brand deliverables for both internal and external clients. You will play a crucial role in creating content that align with our brand strategy and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, who can process, react to, and solve problems as they arise on tight deadlines in a team environment. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Dallas, TX - onsite/hybrid position

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute brand deliverables, including marketing collateral, advertising materials, packaging, presentations, digital assets, and other creative materials.
  • Version and revise designed files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Swap out in-language copy, update legal lines, touch up photos, and replace images as necessary to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative resources to develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand and creative services goals.
  • Utilize a variety of design tools and software to create high-quality visual assets, ensuring they are optimized for both digital and/or print.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target market to ensure effective design execution.
  • Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, including (but not limited to) packaging working files, exporting PDFs, and preparing layouts to meet publication or printer specs.
  • Troubleshoot and support production related issues.
  • Collaborate with translation vendors to ensure the translation of layouts into multiple languages, as required.
