Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis across large, multi‑stream programs. This role is responsible for defining requirements strategy, leading end‑to‑end process design, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and guiding a team of Business Analysts to deliver high‑quality, impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple workstreams
Define and enforce BA standards, templates, and governance practices
Ensure consistency and quality in requirements and process documentation
Requirements & Process Design
Drive complex requirements elicitation and documentation (User Stories, BRD, FRD)
Lead end‑to‑end process design, process modeling, and impact analysis
Partner with Architecture and QA teams for solution validation and sign‑off
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Manage stakeholder alignment, prioritization, scope decisions, and business approvals
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision‑making forums
Ensure shared understanding of goals, requirements, priorities, and timelines
Agile / SAFe Delivery Support
Support Agile / SAFe ceremonies and cross‑team coordination
Lead UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and delivery readiness
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Leadership
Skills & Experience
15+ years of Business Analysis experience
5+ years in a Lead or Manager role
Strong expertise in enterprise analysis and large‑scale program delivery
Extensive experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks
Proven ability to manage cross‑team dependencies and complex stakeholder environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Tools & Technology
Jira
Azure DevOps
SQL / data analysis tools
Preferred Background
Insurance or Banking domains
Experience with modernization programs, cloud migration, or platform transformations
Exposure to platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or .NET‑based ecosystems
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
CBAP, SAFe, Lean, or similar certifications preferred
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 106230 - 145000
