• Flexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week)
  • Hours:  10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Friendly and supportive work environment.

• Greeting and professionally announce visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Answer, screen, and direct calls while responding to inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks (copying, faxing, taking notes, scheduling, and travel arrangements).

• You’ll bring your positive, welcoming, and dependable personality.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Prepare meeting and training rooms.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.

• Punctual, self-motivated, and proactive.
• High school graduate (diploma or equivalent)

• Experience in receptionist or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
