Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Manager at PJ Fitzpatrick will oversee the complete production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing the production team, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the production team to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules while monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure all materials are available for production activities.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and development sessions for production staff.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance the workflow and address issues promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
