IT Manager - Field Service

Primary Responsibilities:

Your primary objective is to manage the SYSPRO ERP & related Applications. You will also manage SYSPRO related Projects, like upgrades, new modules, interfaces with applications while working with multi-functional team members.

•Maintain the SYSPRO environment, including the SQL database and interfaces to ensure smooth operations. •Provide support for SYSPRO related tickets as part of second level HelpDesk support. •Manage Projects to implement changes, enhancements new interfaces or upgrades. •Develop solutions to meet business needs along with other ICT and Business team members. •Manage all SYSPRO Change Requests, to ensure they are done per requirements and tested prior to deployment to live.   Job Requirements: •3 Years Experience in SYSPRO ERP development or administration is required. •Experience in a MS-SQL environment is must. •Bachelor’s degree in a Computer science or Engineering or equivalent certifications. •Project management experience with ERP Projects is desired. •Experience in a structured IT environment with an established Service Desk, Change Request and  other IT Processes an asset. •Azure or Cloud Hosted ERP environment experience desirable. •Remote work possible with willingness to travel to main company site in Lindsay, California as needed.
