How to contribute to our vision
Support of the Execution Excellence team with administrative tasks (preparation of team meetings, support facilitation of workshops, etc. )
Continuously support the productivity program, including data sanity checks, presentation preparation, alignment with customer project teams, etc.
Support and takeover of ad-hoc management requests according to business needs, incl. e.g. presentation creations and website administration as well as team administration
Communicate within the organization to raise awareness for required processes & deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional communication and support multiple initiatives
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a flair for climate change. In addition, we are looking for...
Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar who likes to support us 20 hours / week
MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Experienced with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI would be beneficial
Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
English: fluent
German: fluent
