The Command Media Management System team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Principal Quality & Mission Assurance Command Media Expert to serve as the focal point for Quality & Mission Assurance (QMA) Command Media.
In this role, you will collaborate with Process Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draft, review, create and update QMA Command Media, including policies, procedures, instructions, and supporting documentation. Additionally, you will participate as a member of the Raytheon Governance Board (RGB) to review and approve cross-functional Command Media while driving process improvement initiatives across QMA processes.
This is a Remote role. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories)
What You Will Do:
- Lead the harmonization and maintenance of QMA Command Media by drafting documentation, coordinating peer reviews, and approving content for publication.
- Manage and maintain the list of delegates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Quality Command Media.
- Collaborate with SMEs and Process Leads to evaluate and implement change requests within Command Media.
- Participate as a member of the RGB to review and approve cross-functional Command Media.
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to Command Media.
- Communicate updates and changes to Command Media across your organization to ensure awareness and alignment.
- Review and process exception requests to Command Media, engaging stakeholders as needed for review and approval.
- Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QMA processes.
Qualification You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and ten (10) years of relevant prior experience
- Experience applying Quality Processes.
- Experience using Configuration Management practices.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Certified CORE Expert or equivalent experience.
- Experience using communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience applying attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and management.
