Campus Supervisor- Children's Residential

Join the Amego team and make a difference in the live of the people we serve. Amego Inc. is seeking a qualified and caring individual to join the team as a Residential Campus Supervisor for our children's division. 

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students and staff
• Conduct regular check-ins with high-need students and provide ongoing support
• Supervise and coordinate recreational, social, and community activities
• Train and mentor staff to ensure top-quality care and compliance with policies
• Manage staff coverage, handle call-outs, and support crisis response when needed
• Oversee medication management, safety checks, and emergency preparedness, including fire drills
• Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and educational staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Review incident reports, participate in leadership meetings, and maintain clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills with experience in residential care or a similar setting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage emergencies with a calm, supportive presence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be on-call during scheduled shifts

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000/year

1. At least one-year experience with ABA

2. At least two years of experience in providing services to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities

3. At least 4 years of previous supervisory experience

4. Maturity, good judgment and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others

5. Must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles.

6. Certified in MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care or the willingness and ability to do so
