Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth. If you’re someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, and lead by example—we want to meet you!

Must-Haves:

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide structure and set firm, positive limits

Nice-to-Haves (but not required):

• Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
• Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
