Loan Servicing Specialist Salary Range

• $19.53 - $20.81

Loan Servicing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Corrects loans as needed by adjusting rate, term, and payment posting errors in order to create an accurate member loan history.  
• Assists in the maintenance of insurance tracking and collateral securitization and release.
• Answer incoming phone calls within a phone queue and make outbound phone calls.  
• Process miscellaneous check transactions for the department, including payments, payoffs, and disbursement of checks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries regarding loan accounts and other related matters. Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to senior Team Members as needed.
• Work with members to obtain any missing or updated loan documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records.
• Review loan documents and data entry into the core systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform quality control and file maintenance reviews on loans.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Loan Servicing Specialist Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior experience in a financial institution or equivalent is required. Loan Servicing experience or equivalent is desirable

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Hours

• Must be available M – F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00 pm
