Position Requirements

What Experience You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in marketing, client journey design, strategy, or channel management.
Prior experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Deep understanding of paid, owned, and direct marketing channels and how they interact across the client journey.
Data-driven mindset with a client-centric orientation; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Ability to connect channel performance metrics to broader business outcomes and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
