Description

We are offering a one-time sign on bonus for full time ($5000) after providing 1 month of dependable and consistent services! 

Relocation is offered and will be negotiable.

  

General Position Description: Responsible for implementing the overall behavioral health program, administrative management, and clinical operations of the assigned site or sites. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops programming with input from stakeholders, data analysis, and utilizing best practice models in serving children, families, and adults, and integrating them into the existing site programming. 
  • Works in partnership with the EBF Quality Management team to evaluate programs and adjust program delivery based on evaluation.
  • Oversees site and program operations, ensuring that they comply with AHCCCS, health plans, private insurance plans, and state contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Networks with stakeholders and develops strategic partnerships to promote site growth. Researches and assists with grant and contract opportunities. 
  • Hosts and/or engage in community outreach initiatives such as events for families or professionals, lunch and learns, resource fairs, career fairs, and fundraising.
  • Manages the site budget by monitoring expenses, hiring, and productivity.
  • Monitors scheduled administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision, individually and in a group setting. Ensures BBH BHP conducts clinical supervision for employees pursuing independent licensure in Arizona, individually or in group settings. 
  • Monitors quality of work and provides feedback through audits, reviews, and regular supervision. Provides BHP review of clinical treatment plans, assessments, documentation, and treatment integrity data in cooperation and collaboration with supervisor(s).
  • Provide a broad range of administrative and supervisory functions. Supervises assigned staff in accordance with EBF personnel practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and day to day scheduling. Participates in the process of ongoing professional development. Maintains comprehensive communication among all contacts within the agency, members, and external agencies. Models professional standards and ethics in accordance with EBF Code of Conduct, Strategic Plan, Mission, and Vision. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate level license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Substance Abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Heals Examiners. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. 
  • Regulatory 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current, unrestricted AZ driver’s license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3 years). Three (3) years of driving experience required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (employer provides).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (Employer provides).
  • Initial and current negative TB test result (Employer provides).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First, Aid, Article IX, and Prevention & Supports certification (paid training).
