As an Electrical Assistant Project Manager, you will be an essential part of our project management team, supporting the successful execution of the projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong>: </p> <ul> <li>Close support for the senior project management team.</li> <li>Develop project management techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.</li> <li>Initiate and track change orders using a log. Act as a liaison between the field management team and owner in all scope changes.</li> <li>Provide close support and oversite of third-tier subcontractors.</li> <li>Assist in creating and enforcing the project budget.</li> <li>Assist in creating and submitting the Schedule of Values (SOV).</li> <li>Oversee Project Engineers in the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.</li> <li>Oversee the project-closeout process to ensure all documentation is submitted to the owner.</li> <li>Close support of the Quality Control team throughout electrical construction and commissioning.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p
