Medical Billing Representative

Description

We are looking for a full-time Pediatric Medical Coding and Billing Specialist with Office Practicum OP experience to join the Trusted Doctors billing team. The candidate should have a clear understanding of healthcare claims processing. Candidate is preferred to be a Certified Professional Coder who can review patient records to ensure the accuracy of coding and billing compliance of ICD-10 and CPT Codes for claim scrubbing. They will also manage insurance AR claims by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. Also a knowledge of insurance payment posting. Trusted Doctors will onboard and provide training remotely. Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Pediatric Primary Care Setting claims entry (processing) and AR follow up experience & knowledge of insurance and patient payment posting
• OP - Office Practicum -experienced claim scrubbing and A/R follow-up in OP is required.
• Certified Professional Coder Preferred
• Able to multi-task
• HIPAA compliant workspace is a requirement for answering and making phone calls to patients and insurance companies.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Full Time Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time 8:00 to 4:30 REMOTE POSITION
