Summary
CAE USA is seeking United States Army Marksmanship Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work on the Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT) development of the next generation Engagement Skills Trainer. This position is a flexible hybrid part-time position with location in Orlando Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Advise on safety procedures
Serve as SVT program SME on U.S. Army weapon system operations
Provide input to the development of training curriculum
Review simulated courses of fire training to align with Army doctrine
Support live program test events and demonstrations
Support and participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test
Includes travel
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Undergone U.S. Army marksmanship training
Knowledge of weapon ballistics
Experience with some or all weapons in current program development phase (M4, M17/M18, M240, M320, and M249)
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Past experience as a marksmanship instructor
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
