Job Description Summary

               

Evaluates raw product samples for various attributes, and records and enters the data into a computer terminal for various departments usage.

Job Description

• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees. 

• Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures. 

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment as directed by plant policies and procedures.  

• Must have the ability to work overtime as required. 

• Must actively practice and abide by all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general hygiene regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.. 

• Accurately grades attributes. 

• Raw product samples for established 

• Evaluates dirt tare samples, conducts whole potato inspection and obtains raw product samples from Lamb Weston storages as requested. 

• Records data by computer and written entry and distributes the data to the Production, Field and Q.A. departments. 

• Maintains a clean and orderly work area acceptable by the Company's standards as well as meeting local, state, and federal regulatory standards for housekeeping and sanitation. 

• Performs duties in compliance with company policies regarding quality standards and food safety. 

• Communicates with raw product lead and supervisors.
