THE JOB: 

As a retail Store Manager, you will be passionate about luxury retail, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

THE DAY TO DAY:

•  Drive and achieve sales goals by developing and executing strategies as well as determining business‐driving opportunities.
•  Analyze the store business effectively, through available company generated reports and production of business as to  improve store performance. 
•  Maximize revenue and transaction growth through creative marketing approaches, store events and impactful visual  presentation of merchandise. 
•  Effectively apply problem‐solving techniques and make business decisions. 
•  Ensure proper merchandising execution to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction.
•  Ensure retail store is neatly arranged and product presented to visual and housekeeping standards.
• Practice effective cost control procedures for all operating, maintenance, and supply costs and is compliant with all  Corporate Retail SOP Policies. 
•  Organize staff and merchandise in the process of taking inventory and cycle counts. 
•  Effectively communicate business needs with both property and corporate personnel.

A GREAT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Great communication skills
• Experience in profits and loss reporting
• Computer literacy skills
• Leadership experience in a retail environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a retail supervisory/management role
