As a client services manager for this team, you will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients.
A Client Services Manager coaches, trains, and supports Account Leads to be successful in assisting Digital Marketing Analysts in prioritization, problem-solving, and focusing on the strategic, high-impact initiatives for our clients. In addition, a Client Services Manager is responsible for working with and nurturing relationships with publishers and clients to drive strategic, high-impact growth. This role is key in creating and building team and company culture and owning strategic internal projects and initiatives.

In addition, a Client Services Manager is responsible for working with and nurturing relationships with publishers and clients to drive strategic, high-impact growth. What you will do
- Train, develop, and coach Account Leads
- Manage ongoing projects and deliverables
- Confirm progress and completion of high-level and strategic projects
- Provide high-level checks of client performance and guidance on opportunities
- Facilitate “closing conversations” with teams
- Provide strategic insight on client calls and written communication
- Maintain strong relationships with publishing partners, including ownership of touchbases, regular visits, and feedback on products
- Drive client growth specifically with new opportunities from new or existing publishers and productsReview client performance at a high level to find trends within the data and ensure that
- Account Leads are assisting Digital Marketing Analysts in proper optimizations
- Lead and own strategic initiatives with heavy emphasis on automation
- Assist in cross-team communication between the client services team and other key internal teams
- Develop and execute testing initiatives
- Oversee the development of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for clients, including coaching presentations and leading key conversations
- Assist with new client onboardings and sales pitches as needed
- Contribute to team knowledge by researching and sharing info on the industry, competitors, and solutions
- Lead collaboration, brainstorming, and product repositioning
- Review client workload, service plan, and deliverablesDefine, refine, and communicate client strategy
- Oversee creation and maintenance of metasearch and marketing plans
What skills and experience you bring
- 4+ years of experience (or related coursework), including 2+ years of management experience
- Deep understanding of online travel agencies (OTA) and supplier account behavior and trends, including background working with varying sizes of accounts
- Advanced analytical skill set including the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively with data and visuals
- Management of multipoint communication, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Representation for Koddi at industry events and meetingsAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environments
