Presales Solution Architect

Location : 100% remote with occasional travel

We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect with a strong background in IoT, Digital Engineering, Connectivity, Warehouse Automation, and Software Platformization. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Services Industry, including sectors such as Airports, EPC, Healthcare, Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution. This role demands the ability to optimally communicate and present innovative solutions to CXOs and strategic partners.

Your Role

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to CXOs and key team members.
• Design and architect IoT, Digital Engineering, Connectivity, and Warehouse Automation solutions tailored to the Services Industry.
• Build detailed user documentation, proposals, and proofs of concept.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients to ensure alignment on solution requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the sales process.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer happiness and dedication.

Your skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability in Solution Architecture for more than 20 years, with a focus on IoT, Digital Engineering, Connectivity, Warehouse Automation, and Software Platformization.
• Proven record in the Services Industry, including Airports, EPC, Hospitals, Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Strong ability to present and communicate technical concepts to CXOs and non-technical team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to apply them to business needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
