Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating the development and completion of the resident process in accordance with the requirements of Federal and State regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Registered Nurse with a minimum 1 year experience required.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

One year of experience with MDS in an acute care, sub-acute or long term care facility. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information and to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language. Must be able to prepare documentation in a manner that conforms to prescribed style and format and to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and the business office. Knowledgeable and experienced in adult teaching methods. Strong interpersonal, computer and communication skills. Knowledgeable of Title 22 and OBRA regulations. Excellent customer service skills required.

California Registered Nurse Licensure
