Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in our Delta office. Some of the main responsibilities will be:

• Recruit, Source, Select and bring the talent on board
• Support the business for a variety of HR tasks
• Cooperate with external vendor for the payroll activity
• Constantly improve the daily operation and processes 

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of the Labor Law
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent English & German communication skills; 2nd European language is a plus 
• Flexible, agile and looking for the challenges 
• Structured thinking and dealing with complexity 
• Strong communication skills
