<p><span><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p>
<p><span>As a Senior Associate in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to our global Mid-Corporate clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio, with a significant focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. </span></p>
<p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage a portfolio of Mid-Corporate clients, focusing on companies with revenues of $500 million and above. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.</li>
<li>Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.</li>
<li>Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework. </li>
<li>Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.</li>
<li>Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.</li>
<li>Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.</li>
<li>Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.</li>
<li>Maintain open, clear, fluid communication with stakeholders, i.e., bankers, product partners, implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.</li>

<p><span><strong>Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in Payments sales, with experience managing complex client transactions.</li>
<li>Demonstrable track record of successful selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.</li>
<li>Demonstrate your experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in EMEA/US/Asia Pacific (APAC)/Latin American (LATAM).</li>
<li>Knowledge, skills, and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.</li>
<li>Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peer groups.</li>
<li>Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills necessary.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage processes efficiently.</li>
<li>Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.</li>
<li>Fluent in German and English</li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Head Quartered (HQ) client experience is preferred, but HQ subsidiary experience would also be considered.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics related major preferred); Master’s degree preferred. Or able to demonstrate an extensive level of performing successfully in a similar role.</li>
<li>Some business travels should be considered</li>
