Assist faculty and staff in managing front of house and beverage operations for Courses Restaurant, Courses Catering, department special events, and assist the events and operations teams with department functions.

• Assist faculty and staff in managing front of house and beverage operations for Courses Restaurant, Courses Catering, department special events, and assist the events and operations teams with department functions.
• Responsible for maintaining the catering and restaurant labs, refrigeration and freezer spaces, and dry storage spaces, as well as front of house storage and operations spaces like the bar, server station
• Assist Operations Team as needed to clean, organize, and maintain culinary and baking labs in the Hospitality Administration Department.
• At least 21 years of age and have or are able to get a server's permit.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

• Minimum of having successfully completed HOSP 101 and HOSP 102 and HOSP 207 (or has previous comparable industry experience and certification) within the Hospitality Administration curriculum.
• Previous experience in catering and front of house operations, familiarity with common point of sale systems, office software suites, and event planning software preferred

Starting Salary Range: $16.50/hourly
