Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:
Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic support operation, Inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. Assist engineers in troubleshooting and repair efforts. Capable of working independently performing defined tasks. Eager to learn advance skills in all disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately describe identified issues and steps taken, as well as document resolutions. Knowledge of Mircrosoft Office programs and well a CMMS programs such as Corrigo.
Specific Skills and Abilities
Both Mechanical and Electrical appitude
Ability to use multimeter, gauges, and other hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Work comfortably and safely on ladders .
Working knowledge of blueprints and schematics.
Working knowledge of building codes (NFPA, OSHA, NEC, etc)
Project Support Responsibilites:
Position Summary
The Onsite Project Team Assistant provides day-to-day onsite support to the project management and facilities teams to ensure the smooth execution of construction, renovation, and operational projects. This role is focused on coordinating contractor activity, managing onsite logistics, assisting with material procurement, and supporting compliance with building standards and safety procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Site Support:
Provide hands-on support for onsite project activities from initiation through completion.
Coordinate contractor access, schedule project walkthroughs, and assist with daily field oversight.
Submit and track permits, building impairments, and other required administrative documentation.
Monitor active job sites to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
Communicate project status updates and field observations to the project team.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain logs, reports, and field documentation, including site photos, progress notes, and updates.
Track contractor attendance, onsite progress, and relevant job details for recordkeeping.
Support data entry or system updates for active projects as directed by the project team.
Materials and Procurement Coordination:
Assist with the purchasing and delivery coordination of tools, materials, and supplies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are prepared or delivered to site as needed.
Track inventory, deliveries, and verify materials against project requirements.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
Serve as an onsite contact for vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
Coordinate building access, delivery schedules, and use of shared spaces (loading docks, freight elevators, etc.).
Facilitate activities to minimize disruption to normal site operations.
Any anything else that is asked.
Safety and Compliance:
Support adherence to building and jobsite safety guidelines.
Verify contractors follow established worksite procedures and reporting protocols.
Escalate potential safety or compliance concerns to the project team promptly.
General Operational Support:
Provide onsite assistance for move coordination, space readiness, and project-related logistics.
Support the broader facilities and project functions as needed to maintain site operations.
Ensure work areas are left clean, orderly, and safe following project activities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities, or construction support roles.
Experience within commercial real estate, corporate environments, or construction settings preferred.
