TISTA is seeking a creative and talented Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our Growth Team by performing strategic capture efforts that will ensure our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a variety of projects through mentorship and training over the course of 12 months.
• Conduct SEO and market research.
• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Assist with marketing automation and campaigns.
• Create content for digital media.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key metrics.
• Optimize website functions.
• Collaborate with teams to create website content.
• Optimize analytics.

Qualifications

• Temporary, Part Time (32 hour per week).
• Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
• Strong interest in digital marketing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and digital content creation is a plus.
