Nandail Property Management is actively seeking a reliable General Handyman for snow removal tasks and general property maintenance. We are dedicated to providing high-quality property services to our clients and need a skilled professional to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform snow removal for both residential and commercial properties.
-Carry out various handyman tasks, including minor repairs and general upkeep.
-Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain open, clear communication with property owners.
-Report any additional maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
-Experience with snow removal or outdoor maintenance is preferred.
