Location: Remote or onsite opportunity available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manages customer orders via email, phone, text, and digital platforms (POOL360, web services, EDI).

• Sales Support: Upsells, suggests alternatives, and coordinates transfers or shipments from other branches/vendors as needed.

• Quotes & Returns: Provides quotes, processes returns, and coordinates small parcel or freight returns with customers.

• Customer Service: Addresses order status inquiries, resolves issues, and maintains customer relations professionally.

• Product Knowledge: Assists customers with product selections, questions, and documentation (brochures, cut sheets, invoices).

• Account Management: Supports AR with collections, invoice credits, and ensures proper account invoicing for payment.

• Reporting & Analysis: Runs reports, supports rebate calculations, and collaborates with customer web teams for updates (e.g., high-res images).

• Relationship Building: Maintains strong relationships with customers and branches, balancing needs with company capabilities.

Additional Duties:

• Participates in product seminars, trade shows, and team meetings.

• Ensures timely, accurate facilitation of customer needs and expectations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, College degree preferred;

• 3+ years sales/customer service;

• 3+ years wholesale distribution preferred;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Familiarity of Prelude required

• Detail oriented;

• Proficient in Microsoft office programs;

• Ability and willingness to travel 5%-10% of the time.
