THE JOB:

As a Motorcoach Sales Representative, you will be the main point of contact for bus groups, handling everything from reservations to arrival greetings and telemarketing. You’ll create WOW moments by assisting with reservations, coordinating schedules, and delivering top-notch guest service to make every group’s visit enjoyable.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.34 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create and manage accounts for bus groups and handle reservations for a seamless guest experience
• Greet arriving bus groups, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
• Deliver engaging speeches to bus groups, sharing key information about the property.
• Manage customer interactions professionally, including handling any disputes that arise
• Perform telemarketing and general office organization to support our sales team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Brings 1+ year of experience in a similar environment, ideally in gaming and hospitality
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and can effectively interact with groups and individuals
• Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses basic computer skills and general secretarial skills
• Enjoys working with people and delivers excellent customer service
