  • Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with maintenance technicians, assigning work based on skillsets and workload while tracking progress from initiation through completion.
  • You'll spend significant time in the CMMS, entering asset data, updating equipment records, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and generating performance reports.
  • Regular communication with facility occupants and stakeholders keeps everyone informed about maintenance activities, outage schedules, and work order status.
  • You'll continuously refine preventive maintenance programs, developing task lists and procedures that align with manufacturer recommendations and best practices.
  • Administrative responsibilities include maintaining equipment documentation, warranties, and service contracts while supporting budget tracking through parts usage and labor hour monitoring.
  • You'll also analyze maintenance data to identify trends, generate KPI dashboards, and provide insights that drive continuous improvement in facility operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work independently and interface effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Database management capabilities and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:
