• Frequent contact with other employees and the public
• Frequent sitting and standing for long periods of time
• Occasional lifting of heavy equipment
• Good vision, hearing and hand-eye coordination
• Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping and kneeling   
• Frequent exposure and great mental pressure and fatigue as a result of human behavior and emergency situations.
• Constant interaction and exposure to difficult situations, contact with the public, problem-solving and deadlines
• Exposure to emergency situations that involve dangerous and disagreeable conditions including smoke, heights, fire, stress, hazardous material, communicable diseases, excessive noise, fumes, heat, cold, water, emergency driving, etc.
