About the role
We are seking an expereinced Evening Warehouse Associate to perform entry level warehouse operations including one or more of the following: shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, cycle counting, or purchasing.
Shift:
4Pm - 12am - with a $1 sift differential

What you’ll do…
- Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements
- Follow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards
- Follow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Load or unload freight or product manually or via forklift, lift truck or pallet jack
- Move materials to appropriate storage space
- Coordinate and schedule work for dock management, routing and sequencing of trailers or rail freight
- Perform cycle counts and inventory control responsibilities
- Prepare, process and distribute shipment documentation for all inbound and outbound services
- Liaise with internal and external transport companies and departments to coordinate, prioritize and expedite in-coming and out-going shipments
- Track and maintain appropriate documentation
- Create, compile, and deliver required reports
- Record, control, and monitor information in ERP or other computer systems
- Prepare and pack goods for shipment
- Verify, compare, and confirm type and quality of shipped or received goods against Bill of Lading, invoices, or pick tickets
- Weigh, count, and inspect the state of incoming and outgoing products
- Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor
- Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures
